Application Process – Allotment will be subject to availability and as per applicable government guidelines.
Payment Terms – All payments must be made as per the payment schedule mentioned in the allotment letter.
Booking & Payment
Booking is confirmed only upon receipt of the registration amount as specified under the scheme.
All payments must be made as per the payment plan shared by Swarnim 35.
The developer reserves the right to cancel the booking in case of non-compliance with payment terms.
Use of Information
Any personal information provided by you during inquiry or registration will be used in accordance with our Privacy Policy for communication, updates, and marketing purposes related to this project.
Intellectual Property
All content, branding, logos, images, and designs used in the promotion and presentation of Swarnim 35 are the property of Tathastu 35 and cannot be used or reproduced without prior written consent.
Project Details – While every effort has been made to provide accurate information, project specifications, amenities, and timelines are subject to regulatory approvals and developer discretion.
Use of Property – Shops allotted under this scheme must be used only for permitted commercial purposes. Any misuse may lead to cancellation.
Jurisdiction – Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Gurugram courts only.
